📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities for toddlers.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for young children.
• Assist in the implementation of the Montessori curriculum and the Early Years Learning Framework.
• Monitor and assess the progress of each child to ensure they are meeting developmental milestones.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support the child's learning and development.
• Maintain accurate records of each child's progress and attendance.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
• Promote a positive and inclusive classroom culture that values diversity and individuality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Certified Toddler Teacher with a minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education.
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Montessori principles and practices.
• Familiarity with the Early Years Learning Framework.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators.
• Passion for working with young children and fostering their love for learning.
• Valid CPR and First Aid certification.
