📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in project planning and scheduling using tools like Microsoft Project and Primavera P6
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
• Monitor project progress and report on variances to project managers
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents and contracts
• Support the project team in achieving quality standards and meeting client requirements
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in construction project management or a related field (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are also encouraged to apply)
• Familiarity with construction management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of Indonesian construction industry regulations and standards
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
