📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct comprehensive business process assessments to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze data using advanced tools such as Power BI and SAP to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Develop and implement process optimization strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure seamless integration of new processes with existing systems and workflows.
• Provide training and support to employees to facilitate smooth adoption of new processes.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in process optimization and enterprise efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise efficiency consulting, process optimization, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in using data analysis tools such as Power BI, SAP, and Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related methodology is a plus.
• Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is advantageous.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time for client visits and project meetings.
