In this role, you'll work closely with our culinary team to create innovative coffee beverages that complement our diverse menu offerings.

Astro Indonesia is renowned for its commitment to quality and innovation, and we're looking for a Barista with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen environment. You'll be responsible for brewing, grinding, and frothing coffee to perfection, while also contributing to the development of new coffee recipes. This is a full-time position based in Bali, with a competitive salary of IDR 3,300,000 - 3,600,000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Brew, grind, and froth coffee with precision and creativity, ensuring consistency and quality in every cup.
Work closely with the culinary team to develop and implement new coffee recipes and beverages.
Maintain and clean all coffee equipment and tools, including espresso machines, grinders, and steam wands.
Monitor and manage coffee inventory, including beans, syrups, and milk, to ensure optimal stock levels.
Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members to maintain high standards of coffee service.
Collaborate with the kitchen manager to ensure seamless integration of coffee offerings with the overall menu.
Stay up-to-date with the latest coffee trends, techniques, and industry best practices.
Contribute to a positive and productive work environment, fostering teamwork and open communication.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Barista in a high-volume kitchen environment.
Proficient in using espresso machines, grinders, and steam wands.
Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and coffee quality standards.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Familiarity with coffee inventory management and cost control.
Basic knowledge of culinary terms and techniques.
