📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.,Oversee staff performance, provide training, and develop talent within the team.,Drive sales performance through effective marketing strategies and promotions.,Maintain inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Monitor branch financial performance and prepare regular reports.,Plan and execute branch events and activities to enhance customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in the retail industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Knowledge of retail operations and sales strategies.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
