📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of learning and development programs.,Coordinate with trainers and subject matter experts to ensure the quality of training materials.,Facilitate training sessions and workshops, ensuring they are engaging and effective.,Conduct needs assessments and surveys to identify training requirements.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Assist in the evaluation and continuous improvement of learning programs.,Support the HR department in achieving its learning and development objectives.,Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Basic knowledge of training and development methodologies.,Familiarity with learning management systems is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Fluent in Indonesian and English is a plus.
