📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist tutors in preparing and delivering lessons to students.,Monitor student progress and provide feedback to tutors.,Create and maintain student records and reports.,Assist in the organization and management of teaching materials and resources.,Support students with any academic or personal issues they may have.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of teaching strategies.,Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a teaching or tutoring role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with educational technology and online learning platforms.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Passionate about education and committed to student success.
