Indonesia Technology is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Binjai, Sumatera Utara. This is an immediate opening, so if you're ready to make a difference, we want to hear from you!

As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing our HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. You'll work closely with our management team to ensure our HR policies and practices align with our business goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding.

Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievances.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.

Coordinate with management to ensure HR functions support business objectives.

Assist in training and development programs for employees.

Handle HR-related administrative tasks and data management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.

Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) is a plus.

Certification in HR management or related field is a plus.
