📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Maintain and update employee records and HR documents.,Coordinate employee benefits and compensation.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in organizing and conducting training programs.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analyses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR roles.,Strong knowledge of HR software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Familiarity with HR best practices and industry standards.
