📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and reviewing applications.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Handle employee relations issues, including grievances and conflicts.,Organize and coordinate employee training and development programs.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Support the HR Manager in managing payroll and benefits administration.,Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and provide feedback to management.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is a must.,English proficiency is a plus.
