Camp Bloom Group is looking for a dedicated Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our store in Palu. This is a hybrid role, combining in-store management with remote support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient running of all activities.,Manage and train a team of store staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitor inventory levels and order stock as needed to maintain optimal levels.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with the central office to ensure alignment with company goals and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational efficiency.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment, combining in-store and remote responsibilities.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.
