📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop learning programs and materials to support employee development.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training and development opportunities.,Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers and employees to understand their learning needs and preferences.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Assist in the creation and maintenance of learning management systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning management systems.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
