📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assisting in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.,Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.,Assisting in the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and training.,Supporting the HR department in administrative tasks, such as processing payroll and benefits, and maintaining employee files.,Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Providing administrative support to the HR manager and other HR staff members.,Assisting in the organization of company events and activities, such as team building and training sessions.,Assisting in the preparation of reports and other HR-related documents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a human resources or administrative role.,Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.,Familiarity with HR software and systems is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English language is a plus.
