Answering and responding to customer inquiries via phone calls.,Promoting Port Sun Mandiri's products and services to potential customers.,Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales.,Assisting in the development and implementation of telemarketing campaigns.,Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.,Meeting and exceeding sales targets set by the company.,Collaborating with the sales team to achieve company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
