📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.,Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a diverse and talented workforce.,Oversee employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.,Advisory on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.,Manage employee relations, addressing conflicts and grievances promptly and fairly.,Oversee performance management, including goal setting, feedback, and performance appraisals.,Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support.,Contribute to the company's overall success by fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR technologies.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Experience in managing a team and leading HR projects is a plus.
