📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company,Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity,Manage and mentor a team of operations staff,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors,Ensure that all operations are carried out in a safe and secure manner,Develop and implement a system for monitoring and evaluating the performance of the operations team

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management,Strong knowledge of operations management principles and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in English and Indonesian,Experience in managing a team of operations staff,Familiarity with relevant software and tools for operations management
