📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates using various recruitment channels and methods.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.,Maintain and update job postings on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.,Coordinate with internal teams to schedule and facilitate interviews and assessments.,Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers based on candidate evaluations.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a retail or corporate environment.,Proven track record of successfully sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
