In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products through comprehensive testing and validation processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the QA team, providing guidance and mentorship.,Design and implement test plans, test cases, and test scripts.,Perform manual and automated testing to identify defects and ensure software quality.,Collaborate with developers to resolve defects and improve software performance.,Conduct regression testing to ensure new features do not negatively impact existing functionality.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in QA.,Document test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.,Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in QA, with a focus on software testing.,Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies.,Proficiency in manual and automated testing tools and frameworks.,Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.,Good understanding of SQL and database concepts.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
