📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Operating and maintaining benchwork machinery to produce high-quality furniture pieces,Ensuring that all furniture pieces meet quality standards and specifications,Assisting in the setup and breakdown of machinery and equipment,Following safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment,Maintaining a clean and organized work area,Assisting in the training and development of new employees,Collaborating with the production team to meet daily and weekly production targets,Reporting any machinery or equipment issues to the appropriate personnel

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Benchwork Operator or similar role,Proven experience in woodworking and furniture manufacturing,Familiarity with benchwork machinery and tools,Strong attention to detail and ability to meet quality standards,Good communication and teamwork skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
