📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs,Create and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities that cater to diverse learning styles,Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for students,Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and guardians,Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all students,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in special education,Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Psychology, or a related field,Relevant teaching experience in special education or a similar role,Strong knowledge of special education principles, strategies, and best practices,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills,Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals,Strong commitment to inclusion, diversity, and equity in education,Valid teaching certification or license in Indonesia,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
