📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure the restaurant meets health and safety standards and food quality guidelines.,Manage inventory and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.,Train and develop staff to ensure they meet the required standards and contribute to the restaurant's success.,Monitor sales and revenue, and work towards achieving targets.,Ensure the restaurant is clean and well-maintained at all times.,Participate in the development and implementation of the restaurant's strategic plan.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the food service industry.,Proven ability to manage a team and motivate staff to achieve targets.,Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and food quality guidelines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using basic computer software and point of sale systems.,Familiarity with the Indonesian food service industry is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
