As a Training Officer, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, videos, and presentations.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements.,Schedule and coordinate training sessions with trainers and participants.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback.,Maintain records of training activities and participant progress.,Assist in the development of training budgets and resource allocation.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees during and after training.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Certification in training and development is a plus.
