📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the powder coating production line, ensuring efficient and high-quality output.
• Manage and mentor a team of production workers, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures, ensuring adherence to industry standards and customer specifications.
• Develop and maintain production schedules, optimizing workflow and minimizing downtime.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing corrective actions.
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock of raw materials and finished goods.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the powder coating production industry.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing production teams.
• Strong knowledge of powder coating processes, equipment, and quality control standards.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or a related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
