📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines and budget constraints
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders
- Collaborate with the project team to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations
- Maintain accurate records of project documentation and communications
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in project planning and management, preferably in the data center or construction industry
- Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project
- Strong understanding of data center construction standards and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
