📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of M&E construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers and technicians.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
• Liaise with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction.
• Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation in project delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in M&E construction management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard software.
• Certification in Construction Management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently.
