📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage end-to-end business process improvement projects, from initial assessment to implementation and post-implementation review.
• Conduct process mapping and analysis using tools such as ARIS, Visio, or similar software.
• Develop and present actionable recommendations to clients, supported by data and analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
• Monitor and measure the impact of implemented improvements, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business process improvement.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants and team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in the finance and accounting sectors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business process improvement, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Certification in business process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma, BPMN, or TOGAF.
• Strong understanding of financial and accounting processes, with experience in the audit and assurance sector.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Familiarity with process improvement tools and software, such as ARIS, Visio, or similar.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
