📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit clients to collect payments and resolve any issues promptly.
• Document all collections and communications with clients.
• Ensure timely and accurate collections to meet financial targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service.
• Report any delinquent accounts to the appropriate team for follow-up.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in collections or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with collections software such as SAP or similar.
• Valid ID and clean criminal record.
• Ability to travel to client locations as required.
• Familiarity with the local market and customer needs in Bau Bau, Sulawesi Tenggara.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
