We are seeking a Cluster Human Resources Manager to oversee and elevate HR operations across our premium resort properties in Bali. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's vision and values.
• Oversee and manage HR operations across multiple resort properties in Bali.
• Lead and mentor HR teams, providing guidance and support to ensure best practices are followed.
• Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with senior management to address HR challenges and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes diversity and inclusion.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to attract and retain top talent.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing HR teams.
• Strong understanding of HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience in managing HR operations in a multi-location setting is a strong asset.
