📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic growth plans for clients, aligned with their business objectives
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends
• Lead consulting projects, from initial assessment to final implementation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and digital transformation
• Provide strategic advice and recommendations to clients, based on deep industry knowledge and consulting expertise
• Monitor project progress and ensure delivery against agreed timelines and budgets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in strategic consulting, with a proven track record of delivering results
• Strong industry knowledge and deep understanding of the local market in Bangka Belitung
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Proficient in using consulting tools and software, such as SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Certified in strategic consulting or a related field (e.g., PMP, CSC, or Six Sigma)
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian
• Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
