📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the fisheries port, including vessel berthing, cargo handling, and port security.
  • Ensuring compliance with national and international maritime regulations and standards.
  • Developing and implementing port improvement projects to enhance efficiency and safety.
  • Managing port staff and contractors, providing training and development opportunities.
  • Representing the port at national and international maritime conferences and events.
  • Collaborating with other government agencies and stakeholders to promote the growth of the fishing industry.
  • Monitoring and reporting port performance metrics to senior management.
  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of port personnel and visitors.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marine Science, Port Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in port management, preferably in a fisheries port setting.
  • Strong knowledge of maritime laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Valid maritime certification and safety training.
  • Computer literacy, with experience in using port management software.
