Multi-Store Manager

Classic Baker Corporation is one of Bali's leading bakery chains, known for its high-quality products and exceptional customer service. As our Multi-Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing our retail operations across multiple locations in Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring that our stores meet high standards of performance and customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will lead a team of store managers and staff, implementing best practices in inventory management, sales, and customer service. You will also work closely with the corporate office to ensure consistency in brand standards and operational procedures. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of multiple stores in Bali, ensuring high standards of performance and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor a team of store managers and staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Implement and monitor inventory management systems, including POS (Point of Sale) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food handling standards.
• Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Work closely with the corporate office to ensure consistency in brand standards and operational procedures.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple store locations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using POS and ERP software, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Certification in food safety and health regulations, such as HACCP or ServSafe.
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
