📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the project's financial planning and budgeting processes, ensuring adherence to financial policies and procedures.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including cash flow forecasts, variance analyses, and financial dashboards using tools like Excel and Power BI.
• Oversee the financial aspects of contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and financial terms.
• Conduct financial risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard the project's financial interests.
• Provide financial support to project teams, offering insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance.
• Coordinate with external auditors and financial advisors to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a large-scale infrastructure or construction project.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, budgeting, and cost management.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, including SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Certification in financial management or a related field is a plus.
